As we were traveling back to Copenhagen from Sicil As we were traveling back to Copenhagen from Sicily the flight tenant reminded me: “Remember your own oxygen mask first and then help your children, in case of an emergency” We’ve heard it so many times right… remember your own oxygen mask first!! Self-care self-love is not a selfish thing. Taking care of yourself and prioritizing time for yourself just with yourself is not being selfish. when you take care of yourself, you take responsibility so you’re able to take care of those around you. it being your children, your partner, your family and friends whoever is in your network, a stranger at the street or your neighbor next-door.
