Yoga with Baby age 2 – 6 months (group course) – Nørrebrohallen

Join us for a relaxing yoga experience when Nørrebrohallen holds group classes in Yoga with Baby (age 2-6 months).

The course consisting of 6 classes:

Start: 13th of March 10:00-11:00

“Yoga with Baby” offers a unique group yoga experience, tailored to you and your baby. At each session, we begin with a short presentation round where everyone has the opportunity to share any challenges, such as lower back pain, neck tension or breathing patterns.

The class lasts 60 minutes at 10:00-11:00. One ticket must be purchased per child and one parent come along for free. 

The teacher is Lisbeth Moseholm, who has guided yoga full-time since 2013 and organizes yoga classes for a wide target group, including Yoga with baby, Oldies but Goldies, yoga for homeless women. Outdoor yoga, yoga retreats and workshops. Lisbeth’s focus is on creating a space characterized by relaxed attention and joy in movement. In addition, Lisbeth is the mother of Cosmo & Stella and has used the wisdom and practice of yoga before, during and after both of her pregnancies.
