We do not charge an extra fee on either Mobilepay or Bank transfer, but the bank might charge extra on transfers from foreign credit cards and accounts.

If you pay with bank transfer, you are not protected by the opposition scheme.

Our refund policy last 14 days from the day we have registered your payment and thereby completed your purchase.

If 14 days has gone by since we register your payment, we unfortunately can´t offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to get a refund, the purchase can not be downloaded and must remain fully unused.

In case you want to refund a purchase you must contact us on email: lisbeth@moseholmyoga.com within the 14 days.

It is not possible to get a refund by refusing to receive the purchase without contacting us within the 14 days.

In case of a refund the money will be returned to you the same way as you have made your purchase.

Yoga clipscards can only be refunded when fully unused and within the 14 days refund policy. There is no warranty on yoga clipcards.
